Dookie Chain Student Affiliate Program Rules
These rules apply to individual student affiliates who receive 100% of the affiliate payout.
1. Eligibility
- Student must be currently enrolled in a middle or high school.
- A signed Parent Permission Slip must be on file before payouts begin.
- The student (and/or parent/guardian) must provide accurate payout information such as a custodial Roth IRA or parent account.
- Student must agree to follow all school and district guidelines related to fundraising and online conduct.
2. How Student Earnings Work
- The student receives 100% of the affiliate commission rate (currently 15%).
- Commissions are earned on completed purchases made through the student’s unique link or QR code.
- Orders must be paid, processed, and not refunded to count toward commission totals.
- Payouts are issued on a regular schedule (typically monthly) after orders are completed.
- Payouts are made to the parent/guardian or to the student’s custodial Roth IRA, as provided.
3. Student Responsibilities
- Share affiliate links and QR codes ethically and respectfully.
- No spamming, harassment, or pressuring classmates, teachers, or online users to buy.
- No misrepresentation of Dookie Chain products, pricing, or program details.
- Promote Dookie Chain and the Chain Gang program in a positive and age-appropriate way.
- Notify Dookie Chain if you suspect your link or QR code has been misused.
4. Parent Involvement
- A signed Parent Permission Slip is required before any commission payouts are made.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate payout and contact information.
- Parents/guardians may request that their student be removed from the program at any time.
- Parents/guardians are encouraged to review sales activity and communications with their student.
5. Program Suspension or Termination
Dookie Chain reserves the right to pause or remove a student from the program for any of the following reasons:
- Violations of school or district policy related to fundraising or online conduct.
- Improper or unethical use of affiliate links or QR codes.
- Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent information.
- Repeated customer complaints or inappropriate behavior while promoting the products.
Parents/guardians may also request removal of their student from the program at any time.
6. Data & Privacy
- Student and parent information is collected only for operating the affiliate program.
- Information is stored securely by Horizon Ventures LLC and used only for Dookie Chain operations.
- Information is not sold or shared with outside organizations unrelated to Dookie Chain.
7. Program Updates
Dookie Chain may update these program rules as the business and affiliate program grow. Significant changes will be communicated to the email address on file for the student and/or parent/guardian. Continued participation after an update will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
